1987
The LEO Club Lugano was founded as the first LEO Club in MD 102
1991
The LEO Club Rapperswil was founded
1992
The LEO Club Basel was founded
1994
The LEO Club Genève was founded
1995
The LEO Club Zürich was founded
1996
The LEO Club Lausanne was founded
1997
The LEO Club Bern, the LEO Club Winterthur, the LEO Club Zumikon-Forch (date of dissolution unknown), and LEO Club Sion Valais Romand (date of dissolution unknown) were founded.
A record year of club foundations with four new LEO clubs!
1998
The LEO Club Mythen was founded and the LEO Multiple District 102 Switzerland & Liechtenstein was established with 11 clubs and over 100 LEO members
1999
The LEO Club Mittelland was founded
2004
The LEO Club Mythen was dissolved
2005
The LEO Club Zentralschweiz was founded and the total number of LEO members in LEO MD 102 reached 200
2008
The LEO Club Mittelland was dissolved, and the LEO Multiple District 102 Switzerland & Liechtenstein celebrates its 10th anniversary

The LEO Club Alvier was founded, and the LEO Club Basel and the LEO Club Genève were dissolved
